Jon Bloor is head of our Business Law team, joining us in 2008 from the corporate team of DLA Piper.

Jon advises businesses throughout their lifecycle from start-up and investment through to sales and acquisitions. He also specialises in non-contentious commercial law matters such as shareholders agreements, commercial agreements and company law.

Jon's mission is to ensure that Wirral businesses can obtain top quality advice on corporate and commercial matters without the need to consult a city centre firm.

As well as advising a number of local technology and internet start-ups, Jon has a particular interest in the application of the law to social media and web 2.0 technologies and is regularly invited to speak on the subject.

Our multi-disciplinary Business Law team is able to provide you with specialist guidance tailored to you're your business. We will work in close partnership with you to gain a clear understanding of your business, to resolve legal problems and to avoid potential pitfalls.
