Lance Flor qualified as a solicitor in 1999 after completing his training at the firm. With over 9 years experience of clinical negligence cases, Lance conducts a caseload of complex and challenging clinical negligence claims, including success at the Court of Appeal.

Lance is a principal and the Head of the Clinical Negligence department. He is based in Birkenhead but acts for clients nationwide.

The department was founded nearly 17 years ago, and has an excellent balance of legal and medical knowledge including dedicated lawyers complemented by other members with backgrounds in General Practice Medicine, Midwifery and Nursing.

Our dedicated highly specialised lawyers and clinical professionals provide a sympathetic and friendly service, using their considerable range of experience and expertise to obtain the best results for you. Our success in achieving this is reflected by the number of referrals which we receive from existing clients.

We have members of both the Solicitors Referral Panel of Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA), and the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel, indicative of the high standards and strength of our team.  The Department includes members of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), Law Society of England and Wales, and the Liverpool Law Society.
