Head of Commercial Property Department : John Morshead
John Morshead is a principal at Lees and head of our Business & Property Services department which heads our Commercial Property division. After having trained in London, he returned to the North West and joined us in 1996 as a solicitor. He was admitted to the partnership in April 2000.
John specialises in commercial property and business services, including residential estate development, and landlord and tenant matters.
Our Commercial Property team are highly knowledgable with a great deal of experience. As a result we are efficient and proactive at all times.
