Veronica Howley joined us in 2002 having qualified as a solicitor in 2001. In April 2005 she was admitted to the partnership. She is based at our Birkenhead office.

Veronica is the head of our Dispute Resolution department which oversees our Employment Law team.  Veronica specialises in dispute resolution, contentious probate matters and employment law. She has a particular interest in the area of managing change within the workplace.

The employment relationship

Our team provide assistance and advise in helping both employers and employees get the most out of their working relationship. We are on hand to give advice on statutory rights relating to pay, working time and holidays; on flexible working and time off work and also on sensitive issues relating to conduct, capability and discipline within the employment relationship.

We are also on hand to assist with ensuring that the termination of the employment relationship is dealt with effectively and sensitively with the aim of minimising the possibility of a dispute.
