Mark joined Lees in 2000 as a trainee solicitor, and qualified in 2002. He was admitted to the partnership in April 2005. Mark deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing for individuals.

Mark obtained his LLB Honours Degree at Lancaster University, incorporating a 6 month stay at Universiteit Maastricht in the Netherlands. He then went on to complete his Legal Practice Course through The College of Law at Christleton, Chester.

John Morshead is a principal at Lees and head of our Business & Property Services department. He returned to the North West and joined us in 1996 as a solicitor, after having trained in London.

Our team offers a proactive and professional service dealing with all your property matters.  The experience we have gained through handling high volumes of varied property work has led us to modernise our systems and structures, we have invested heavily in IT to enable us to provide a swift and efficient, yet personal service.

Location is not an issue.  We offer all our services from any of our three offices, and if necessary we will travel across the area to see you.
