Training Contracts

We aim to give our trainees a rich breadth of experience and the possibility to come into contact with different areas of law first-hand and to witness various working styles. Our principals and senior staff will further your development by giving you on-the-job insight and advice on a daily basis, ensuring that you learn the practical skills and hands-on approach required of an excellent solicitor. You will see the bigger picture immediately through exposure to clients and to complex and motivating files. Being a smaller firm, everything is easily accessible, meaning that all the support and help you need is right there whenever you need it.
When we have scope to recruit trainees, we will be looking for law and non-law graduates who are hard-working, dynamic, creative and bright. Communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. At Lees, we pride ourselves in a friendly and team-driven approach. Our retention rate on qualification for trainees is extremely high.
