Head of Wills, Trusts & Estates Department : Mark Duckworth

Mark joined the firm in 1980 as an articled clerk and qualified in 1982. He was admitted to the partnership in 1987 and is the head of our Wills, Trusts & Estates department.

The range of expertise and experience within our department allows us to be in an unrivalled position on Wirral, offering a wide range of services to clients old and new. We have members of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Law Society Probate Section within our team, reinforcing the high level of specialist knowledge in this sector.
